Michael Radice Sr. has over 38 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Service and Management Industry. His extensive experience ranges from Architectural Restoration of Metal, Wood and Stone Refinishing and Maintenance Services to Operations and Management Services of Commercial and Government facilities. Mr. Radices’ chief focus is promoting best practices and quality assurances to effectively manage and aesthetically maintain commercial, government and industrial facilities.
Silvia Radice has over 30 years of experience in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate Management Industry. Her extensive experience ranges from Residential Property Management and the administration of Radice Enterprises’ commercial and government operations.
Stephen Lennon has over 5 years experience in management of government related contracts. As the Business Development Officer for federal projects, Mr. Lennon manages all multi-year contract operations. His responsibilities include Market Research, Proposal Development, Contract Management, Contract Compliance and Operations Management.
